Shipping, returns and copyright

Shipping

Every print is made to order. Printing usually takes 1–3 business days, then your order ships from a professional print lab close to you. At checkout you can choose standard ground shipping or express, and you'll see the estimated delivery time for each. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. We currently ship within the United States.

Damaged or defective prints

If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, email us at david (at) canyonrimphotography.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and your order number, and we'll send a free replacement.

Returns

Because each print is made specifically for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind. If you have any concerns about your order, get in touch — we want you to love it.
